Well gee, just another 15 days and I am “proud” to say that I think we have things (agendas, minutes, financials) where they are supposed to be. Additionally the Park Master plan is available online, the 2005 and 2006 Annual Reports as well as the audit by the State Board of Accounts are also available.

All documents that we put on the web will be in “pdf” format for ease of searching the document and portability between various computers and browsers. A free “reader” is available at Adobe.

It is OFFICIAL! Commissioners Lewis and Cooper voted for the zoning change and Commissioner Eaton voted against. The major concern was the zoning designation of R3, and the commissioners requested that the minutes show and a letter be written to the APC detailing the exceptional conditions surrounding this change.

The net result is that it looks like we start out the new year with a new park. This was a complex issue with a lot of compromising on all sides, but I most appreciated the open and rational discussion that occurred.
